Goals

1- The Center aims to adopt the research computer, which ends with practical recommendations supporting the academic projects and presenting proposals and recommendations to the concerned authorities in order to benefit from them and exchange experience in academic and service fields.
2. Enhancing the capacities of researchers through participation and participation in conferences and symposia.
3 - Encouraging students and researchers to establish development projects, such as participation in the establishment of exhibitions and commercial centers, industrial and agricultural and other areas of business inside and outside Iraq.
4 - The Center seeks to provide employment opportunities for students through the development of national economic development projects through ideas and development initiatives.
5 - The Center works to follow up the cooperation activities between the federations, centers, other associations and organizations through following up the activities of these organizations, federations and specialized centers, supporting the category of researchers and creative thinkers.
6 - raising the capabilities of graduates through the establishment of scientific seminars and workshops and training courses and in line with scientific and technological progress and the transfer of modern technical expertise to Iraq.
7 - Encourage the resettlement and return of Iraqi minds immigrant scientific competencies.
8 - Work on the rehabilitation and operation of factories and service facilities and productivity of Iraq and provide the requirements of the available ways through innovative alternatives to the creators.
9 - Preparing research and studies on the economic, technical and scientific feasibility of establishing new projects in Iraq and establishing scientific conferences and workshops that deal with the development of various economic and service sectors and exchange of publications, studies and researches in these fields.
10 - The Center aims to seek to solve the economic obstacles facing Iraq by providing economic studies and treatments and solutions to them.
11- The Center aims to improve the economic and moral efficiency of researchers, academics and experts in all fields of technical and administrative research by preparing a number of well thought out suggestions to the concerned authorities.
12 - Work on training cadres that provide health services, guidance and educational health of civil society organizations, which undertake to provide different forms of social service descriptive and research
13 - The need to benefit from databases implemented by organizations, which identify negative phenomena and what is important in meeting some of the needs of social groups.
14- Provision of humanitarian, health and psychological guidance services (non-profit) after obtaining the fundamental approvals from the competent authorities (Ministry of Health and Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs).
