– Follow the scientific foundations and methodologies and advanced research methods that help in the evaluation and analysis of public opinion and conduct surveys, which aims to establish the basis for the methodology of local community participation and its impact on development and rationalization of decisions based on the results of the polls and accurate and objective

– Identify the public opinion tool and methods of analyzing the data and methods used to prepare and implement the surveys, whether through the direct field survey by personal interview or telephone survey or other, and determine the budget required for implementation.

– The design of the forms according to the nature and requirements of the study and its objectives and target groups in coordination with the concerned body and audit objectively in terms of clarity, accuracy and language.

– Determine the number of observers and researchers who are part-time required and selected and recruited to work in survey projects.

– Develop a plan of action for the implementation of the surveys, which includes the workplaces and the tasks of the observers and researchers required to enable them to work with high professionalism and organization and planning in advance.

– Identify the field teams of the nature of the project and its objectives and requirements and provide them with forms, geographical maps and other tools required

– Supervising the conduct of field or office surveys and the work of statistical forms and data collection in accordance with the specified mechanism, taking into consideration the requirements of the research procedure of means of transport, communications, etc., and review the statistical forms and ensure the completion of the text in the information before leaving the field.

– Scoring and classification of data and tabulation and introduction using modern scientific methods and computer.

Conduct statistical analysis of data using appropriate statistical software and tools of modern analysis, and draw conclusions and organization,
Providing objective information based on scientific methodology and data and survey results in the service of researchers and decision-makers to enhance the decision-making capacity of an objective scientific approach.
Exchange of experiences with local, Arab and international public opinion centers.
Spreading the culture of public opinion poll in Iraqi and Arab society by diversifying its culture at all levels and enhancing citizens’ confidence in its importance.
Provide an integrated database of national samples or opinion leaders samples to serve as a detailed map of the reality of Iraqi society and to benefit from the process of planning surveys and sampling.
Prepare periodic reports on the program’s achievements.
